Terms & conditions

What this website is, what we do, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

In short. TraveloEasy is an independent travel agency, not an airline. This website does not sell tickets, take payment, or collect card or passport details. We quote each trip individually by telephone and tell you the fare, the taxes and our service fee separately before you decide anything. Nothing is charged until you have agreed a price.

1. These terms, and your acceptance of them

These terms govern your use of traveloeasy.com (the "website") and any booking you make with us by telephone. By using the website you accept the terms in sections 3 to 8 and 17 to 26. By asking us to make a booking, you accept all of them, on your own behalf and on behalf of everyone in your party.

Please read section 9 (payment) and section 20 (liability) carefully — they affect your rights. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the entity named above. "You" means the person making an enquiry or booking.

3. What this website is — and is not

The website is informational. It exists to explain our service and to put you in contact with an agent. Specifically:

  • It does not search for, display or sell flights.
  • It publishes no prices, and no indicative, sample or "from" fares.
  • It does not process payments and has no checkout.
  • It does not collect payment card details or passport details anywhere.
  • It creates no account and stores no personal data. The enquiry forms open your own email application; they transmit nothing to us. See our privacy policy.

4. Our role: agent, not carrier

We act as an agent, arranging travel supplied by other companies. We are not an airline and we do not operate flights. Your contract of carriage is with the operating airline and is governed by that airline's own conditions of carriage and tariffs, together with the international conventions that apply to air travel. Where anything in these terms conflicts with the operating airline's conditions of carriage, the airline's conditions take precedence in respect of the flight itself.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline, and we are not affiliated with any bank, money transfer, remittance or payment business. Airline names, logos and trademarks referred to in the course of a booking belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the carrier operating your flight.

5. Quotes

We do not publish prices, because air fares depend on the exact route, dates, cabin and traveller count and change continuously. Every price is calculated individually by an agent from airline availability at the time of your call.

  • A quote is an indication of what is available at that moment. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not bind either of us.
  • Fares, taxes, surcharges and availability can change at any time until a ticket is issued. If the price changes between quote and ticketing, we will tell you the new price before taking any payment, and you may decline at no cost.
  • Where we hold a fare for you, the agent will tell you for how long and on what conditions.

6. What you pay, and how it is made up

Before you agree to book, the agent will state each of the following separately, so you know what our part costs:

ComponentSet by
Air fareThe airline
Government taxes, airport charges and carrier-imposed surchargesGovernments, airports and the airline
Optional extras you choose (seats, baggage, insurance)The airline or the provider
TraveloEasy service feeUs — quoted to you before you decide

We do not add charges that have not been disclosed to you on the call. If a supplier later imposes a charge outside our control, we will tell you what it is and why before it is applied.

7. Making a booking

  1. You give the agent the traveller names exactly as they appear on the travel documents to be used, together with dates of birth and any other detail the airline requires.
  2. The agent confirms the itinerary, the total price and the fare rules with you.
  3. Payment is taken (section 9).
  4. We issue the ticket and send written confirmation, including the ticket number, to the email address you give us.

A booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing with a ticket number. A verbal agreement, a held fare, or a payment that has not yet resulted in a ticket is not a confirmed booking.

You must check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us promptly if any name, date, routing or other detail is wrong. Names must match the travel document exactly; airlines charge to correct them, and some do not permit corrections at all.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
  • Check your confirmation and your travel documents.
  • Meet the passport, visa, transit and health requirements of every country on your itinerary, including countries you only transit (section 12).
  • Arrive at the airport in time for the airline's check-in and boarding deadlines.
  • Use the website lawfully — do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or use it to impersonate us or anyone else.

9. Payment, and what we will never ask of you

Payment is taken once you have agreed the price, by card, over the telephone, processed through the airline or our payment provider. We do not store card numbers; we retain only a transaction reference.

10. Changes and cancellations

What you may change or cancel, and at what cost, is determined by the fare rules of the ticket you bought. The agent explains those rules before you buy, so that you know the position in advance. Requests are handled under our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Baggage

Baggage allowance is set by the operating carrier and is confirmed to you at the time of booking. Itineraries involving more than one carrier may apply the most restrictive allowance to the whole journey. Always check your e-ticket, and check the airline's website before travelling, as allowances can change.

12. Passports, visas and health requirements

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, and any visa, transit visa, electronic travel authorisation and health documentation required by every country on your itinerary, including countries you only pass through. Requirements depend on your nationality and can change at short notice.

Airlines deny boarding to passengers without correct documentation and no refund is due in that case. We will tell you what an itinerary generally requires if you ask, but we cannot verify your documents and the responsibility remains yours. Check the official government source for each country before you travel.

13. Special assistance

Tell us at the time of booking if you need wheelchair assistance, are travelling with medical equipment or a service animal, or have any other requirement. We will file the request with the operating carrier and confirm back to you. Requests are subject to the airline's acceptance and cannot be guaranteed by us.

14. Schedule changes, delays and disruption

Airlines change schedules, and flights are sometimes delayed or cancelled. Where we are notified of a change affecting your booking, we will contact you and set out the options the fare and the carrier allow.

Compensation, care and re-routing obligations for delay, cancellation or denied boarding are owed by the operating airline, not by us, under the rules applicable to your journey. We will help you make a claim and we do not take any share of what you recover.

15. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, delay and baggage, arranged at the time of booking. Air tickets are frequently non-refundable, and insurance is often the only means of recovering their cost if your plans change.

16. Complaints and resolution

Tell us as soon as something goes wrong — most problems are easiest to fix in the moment. If you remain dissatisfied, write to support@traveloeasy.com setting out what happened and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond substantively within 28 days.

If a complaint concerns the conduct of the flight itself — delay, cancellation, denied boarding, baggage — it is usually the airline that must resolve it, and we will tell you how to escalate to them and help you do so.

17. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our permission. Third-party names and marks appearing on the site belong to their owners.

18. Links to other websites

Where we link to another website — an airline, a government advice page, an insurer — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

19. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

20. Our liability

We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill, and we are liable for loss you suffer as a direct result of our failing to do so.

We are not liable for:

  • the acts or omissions of airlines or other suppliers, including delay, cancellation, denied boarding, loss or damage to baggage, or the standard of any service they provide;
  • events outside our reasonable control (section 21);
  • your failure to hold correct travel documents, to check your confirmation, or to meet check-in deadlines;
  • indirect or consequential loss.

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the service fee we charged on that booking.

21. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure to perform where that failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial action, airspace or airport closure, extreme weather, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, or government action.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

23. If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with our refund policy and privacy policy and the confirmation we send you, form the whole agreement between us in relation to your booking.

24. Transfer of this agreement

You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else without our agreement. Airline tickets are issued to a named passenger and cannot be transferred to another person.

25. Regulation and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, and the courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you benefit from where you live.
