1. Our brand is our own
TraveloEasy is our own trading name. The name, the logo and the design of this website are ours. We do not use any other company's name, logo, colours or branding on this website, in our advertising, or in any other marketing material, and we do not present ourselves as any other company.
If you have arrived here believing you were visiting a different company's website, you are in the wrong place — please check the web address. Our only website is traveloeasy.com.
2. We have no partnerships or authorisations to declare
We are not an official partner, authorised agent, authorised reseller or representative of any airline or other brand, and we make no such claim anywhere on this site or in our advertising.
We are an independent agency. We arrange travel supplied by airlines through ordinary commercial distribution channels available to travel agents. That relationship does not make us a partner of any airline, and we will never describe it as one.
If that position ever changes and we do enter a formal partnership, we will say so plainly here, name the partner, and describe exactly what the relationship covers.
3. Why an airline's name may come up
When an agent quotes or books a trip, they will tell you which airline operates each flight, because you need to know that. Naming the carrier is a statement of fact about your itinerary. It is not a claim of any relationship between that airline and us.
Your contract of carriage is with the operating airline, under its own conditions of carriage. Your contract with us covers only our service in arranging the booking.
4. What we do
We are a telephone-based travel agency. A traveller tells us the trip they want; an agent prices it against live airline availability during the call, explains the fare rules, and books it if the traveller decides to go ahead. 5. This website does not sell anything
- It displays no prices, and no indicative or sample fares.
- It has no search engine and no checkout.
- It takes no payment and has no payment page.
- It collects no payment card details and no passport details.
- It creates no account and stores no personal data — the enquiry forms open your own email application and transmit nothing to us.
6. How to be sure you are dealing with us
Travel is a common target for impersonation fraud. These things are always true of us:

If you receive a call, message or invoice in our name that does not match the left-hand column, it is not from us. Do not pay it and do not send documents. Call us on +1 (806) 547-2037 and tell us what you received.
7. Accuracy of information on this site
We take care to keep this website accurate, but general travel information — documentation requirements, baggage conventions, airline practice — changes and varies by nationality and route. It is provided for general guidance only and is not a substitute for checking the official source for your own journey, or for the specific advice an agent gives you on a call about your booking.
8. Destination images
Photographs of destinations on this website are illustrative. They show the destination, not any specific airline, aircraft, hotel or service, and they are not a representation of what is included in any quote.
9. Links to other websites
Where we link to an airline, a government travel advisory or another third party, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those websites, we do not endorse them, and a link does not imply any relationship between us and their operators.
10. Reporting misuse of our name
If you see a website, advertisement, social media account or caller using the TraveloEasy name without authorisation, please tell us at support@traveloeasy.com so that we can act on it.
