Terms & conditions

The agreement between you and TraveloEasy when you use this site or book through us.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Who we are

TraveloEasy is an independent travel agency. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline. We are not an airline and we do not operate flights. The airline's own conditions of carriage govern your flight and take precedence over anything on this site in the event of a conflict.

2. Using this website

You may use this site to search for and book travel for yourself or for people you are authorised to represent. You agree not to scrape fares, run automated searches at volume, interfere with the site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Prices and availability

Fares are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and include government taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges. Our service fee is shown separately before you confirm. Air fares are dynamic: a price is only fixed once the ticket is issued, and until then it may change or become unavailable. If a fare changes between selection and ticketing we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel at no cost.

4. Making a booking

Your booking is a request until we send a confirmation containing your ticket number. You are responsible for checking that every name, date and routing on the confirmation is correct and for telling us within 24 hours if it is not. Names must match the travel document exactly; airlines charge for corrections and some do not permit them at all.

5. Payment

Payment is taken by our payment provider at the time of booking. We do not store card details. Some fares require immediate ticketing and cannot be held. Charges may appear on your statement from the airline, from TraveloEasy, or from both, depending on how the ticket is issued.

6. Baggage

Baggage allowance is set by the operating carrier and shown on each fare card at the time of booking. As a general guide:

CabinCabin bagChecked bag
Economy (basic)1 personal itemNot included — purchase at booking
Economy (standard)1 cabin bag + personal itemUsually 1 × 23kg
Premium economy1 cabin bag + personal itemUsually 2 × 23kg
Business / First2 cabin bagsUsually 2 × 32kg

Itineraries with more than one carrier may apply the most restrictive allowance to the whole journey. Always check your e-ticket.

7. Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, transit visa and any health documentation required by every country on your itinerary, including countries you only transit. Airlines deny boarding to passengers without correct documents, and no refund is due in that case. We are happy to tell you what an itinerary generally requires, but the final responsibility is yours.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

These are governed by the fare rules shown before you book and by our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Schedule changes and disruption

Airlines change schedules. Where a change is significant we will contact you with the options the fare and the carrier allow. Compensation for delay, cancellation or denied boarding is owed by the airline, not by us; we will help you file the claim.

10. Our liability

We are liable for our own negligence in arranging your booking. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines or other suppliers, for events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the service fee we charged on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, delay and baggage, purchased at the time of booking. Air tickets are frequently non-refundable and insurance is often the only route to recovering their cost.

12. Complaints

Tell us as soon as something goes wrong — most problems are fixable in the moment. If you remain dissatisfied, write to support@traveloeasy.com and we will respond substantively within 28 days.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TraveloEasy is registered, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
